Hi, I’m Peter Rodriguez, and real estate is my passion. After a fulfilling career in the culinary industry, I transitioned to real estate full-time in 2021, where I found my true calling. Specializing in distressed properties, I focus on buying and selling homes in need of repair or remodeling. I thrive on the challenge of transforming these homes and seeing their potential, and I love helping customers navigate through the process of selling their home quickly and stress free. I have a keen eye for potential and a passion for transforming homes into something truly special.
Outside of real estate, I’m an avid lover of the outdoors. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me fishing, hiking, or camping—activities that inspire my approach to life and work.
